	Winnipeg Lot All MNH 1¢ - 25¢	This lot provides a great opportunity for someone wanting to fill those Winnipeg Tagged Spaces in their Album, especially so some of those elusive ones. The vast majority are WCB or W2B tagged, there being just the 5-6 Ottawa Tagged. You will find such elusive items as the 1¢ WCB Hibrite, the 5¢ WTag, the 4¢ on MF/fl Paper, WCB (now there's one stamp to watch... haven't got it, get it soon), 10¢ on LF/fl Paper, the 10¢ Hibrite Spotty White Gum, plus several of the 20¢ LF and Winnipeg Tagged. Please note these are all different as to gum and/or perforation and/or fluorescent levels. The lot is shipped with an itemization of each stamp so those not familiar with the UV listings can place them in their Album. Why the 5% issue, well in most cases the number of stamps from a specific issue receiving the Winnipeg Tagging was, on average at 5%, some being less and some being slightly more. 	1967 Collection 1¢ - $1.00	While the Collection does not contain any single stamp above $25.00, you will find those ranging from $1.00 - $25.00. Some while listing at say $5 - $7, are difficult to find -- 1 example being the 4¢ MF/fl-Pva-WCB. I note singles at $8,$10, $20 and $25.00. The catalogue value aside, a point not to be missed by someone working on assembling a Centennial Collection, is the listing of the Fluorescent Level / Tagging. I've placed the USC 2006 CVal$ at what I calculate as being a reasonable $150.00. 	544pviii Elusive Scratch on Forehead Extended Framelines	A fabulour example of this specific printing variety which is known as the Scratch on Forehead - Extended Frameline. See scan for specifics. A choice mnh xf variety stamp that continues to increase in value as reflected in the limited supply and its popularity. I've watched this variety stamp go from $6.00 for a single to $25.00. The USC 2006 ed. listing this one at $25.00 single and $125.00 for the CB. In 3 decades I've seen just the one mscb of this variety and that came from a full pane I broke up (wish I hadn't) years ago to meet the MS requirement of a Buyer. I would bid to buy that set back were I to see it in some auction. 	456pxx ELUSIVE Warning Strip	A choice mnh lot containing those sought after Warning Strips of 20. This Strip on the much scarcer MF/fl paper, GT2 Tagging and as noted/listed by Harris this strip also has the Partial Printing on the Gum side. See link below for enlargment of the scan/COPY,Paste it into your web Browser.. It is worthy of note that less than 1% of the 3¢ precancelled issued were of the Tagged format! 	462piv Pane 50 Elusive W2B Tag SCARCE MF/fl	A post office fresh MNH XF Pane. A mere 5% of the total 10¢ issued received the W2B Tagging. Unitrade does a conservative pricing in that #462piv 2009 CV$ = $130.00 MSCB, giving the pane a CV$ of $385.00. You will note that USC list this one ONLY as LF, however I've opted to follow Harris with his MF/fl listing, as this pane is not LF but a Medium Fluorescent Pane. If you use USC standard for a LF, then this pane is far more fluorescent / brighter when your compare it with a regular LF stamp. 	460fi Printing ERROR #460fi - 6¢ Gum Side Printed	The Centennial era was very much a period of experimentation by Canada Post and its Printers, but this was not meant to be an experiment,rather its a production / printing error. This lot contains a copy of Die 1a by the CBN Printers, #460fi, *Printed on the Gum Side*. A scarce choice mnh Centennial variety. Hold this stamp under slow running water and you can watch the image disappear right before your eyes!
